Quakers share a way of life rather than a set of beliefs. We seek to experience God directly, within ourselves and in our relationships with others and the world around us. These direct encounters with the Divine are where Quakers find meaning and purpose.

We believe that spiritual insight comes from looking inside ourselves and to each other. Our view is that faith comes from living experience, not through adopting uniform doctrines. As a result, we share a diverse range of views and perceptions which are valued and respected.

We are an open and friendly meeting that worship twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month at 11am. Worship takes place in the Meeting House which is located at 76 Swinley Road, Wigan WN1 2DL.
